Collaboration & Innovation : Partner with technology, compliance, and risk teams to enhance security resilience while enabling business growth and innovation. Required Skills & Experience : 8+ years of overall IT & cybersecurity experience with at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead security engineering role. Strong technical background in : Network & Cloud Security – Firewalls, VPN, IDS / IPS, VPC, IAM, encryption, DLP. Endpoint & SIEM Tools – Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Sentinel, etc. Application & API Security, DevSecOps, and secure SDLC. Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure security configurations and monitoring. Solid understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and RBI Cybersecurity Frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Preferred Certifications CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent SANS / GIAC certifications. Additional exposure to zero-trust architecture or threat modeling frameworks will be an advantage.
