Position Summary :

To analyze incoming ingredients in process finished goods environmental samples air monitoring samples water samples human swabs to ensure the product and work place conforms to microbiological speciation laid down by the organization.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

QUALITY CHECKS

• Ensure daily plating of samples.
• Check that all finished product that producing comply with the companys specification.
• Take the necessary samples as laid out per the QC procedure.
• Grade all finished product as laid out by the QC sampling procedure record information on to all relevant physical and electronic documentation
• Perform adequate testings procedures on individual finished products.
• Performs environmental swabs of lines on a monthly basis.
• Performs air monitoring samples in the facility on a quarterly basis.
• Performs water analysis for microbiology as per frequency defined by the company.
• Daily reporting in electronic documentation.
• Responsible for external laboratory testing of various ingredients and finished products as per the frequency defined by the company.
