This position involves providing expert advisory services in CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING , with a focus on AMALGAMATIONS AND SUCCESSION PLANNING . The ideal candidate will also assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with CANADIAN TAX LAWS AND REGULATIONS .

The key responsibilities of this role include :

• PROVIDE EXPERT ADVISORY SERVICES IN CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING , focusing on amalgamations and succession planning.
• OPTIMIZE TAX STRATEGIES , ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
• MANAGE CANADA GST SERVICES , including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
• COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
