Position : Digital Instrumentation Analyst
Location : Mohali (work from office)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Instrumentation Analyst to support the implementation and management of event tracking across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in HTML, JavaScript and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , with a deep understanding of configuring tracking for customer data platforms (CDPs) and web analytics tools .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage custom tracking scripts (HTML / JavaScript) to support event capture via Google Tag Manager .
- Configure and maintain GTM containers : create tags, triggers, variables and manage data layer structures.
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to validate data layer implementation and ensure correct event firing.
- Implement user interaction tracking and event setup across web properties using Google Analytics 4 , Adobe Analytics and TreasureData .
- Deploy and verify marketing pixels (Meta, , Google Ads) using GTM.
- Conduct periodic audits and validations to maintain data integrity and ensure tracking accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pixel firing , event tracking and data discrepancies.
- Maintain clear documentation of tagging strategies and implementation steps.
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics and instrumentation.Strong proficiency in HTML , JavaScript , and Google Tag Manager .Experience with CDP SDKs such as TreasureData is highly preferred.In-depth knowledge of web analytics platforms and marketing pixel integrations .Familiarity with tag debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Tag Assistant).Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical tracking specifications.Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
