Job Description : About the Job :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. This junior-level role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing automation and campaign management. You will play a crucial role in executing and validating(QA) our marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Experience : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Certifications : Certifications on SFMC, SQL, Automation testing /

Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of reporting platforms like tableau / power BI / Looker.

Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
