The Job

Our client is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation workflows, connecting APIs, LLMs, and process orchestration tools to eliminate repetitive work and unlock new efficiencies.

You will be responsible for :

Building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom Python scripts

Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into business operations

Designing data pipelines and task chains for sales, support, or internal tooling

Testing, debugging, and improving automated systems for speed and reliability

Collaborating with teams to understand process bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions

Researching and implementing new tools for scalable, intelligent automation

The Profile

You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.

You have working knowledge of Workflow Automation Tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), Python Scripting, API Integration, LLM API Usage (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), Prompt Engineering, Process Mapping & Optimization, Automation Architecture Design, Data Handling & Transformation, Testing & Debugging Automation Workflows and Cross-functional Collaboration

Experience with workflow automation, scripting, and API integrations

Familiarity with AI models, LLM prompts, and real-world application of AI assistants

Skilled in Python or JavaScript for custom automation builds

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to map processes into scalable workflows

Excited about leveraging AI to transform how businesses operate
