Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead (Full Stack Developer) who has deep expertise in Node.js and React.js.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of talented developers, drive end-to-end project execution, ensure code quality, and contribute to architectural and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs .
• Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient front-end applications using React.js .
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
