Data & Analytics Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manager in Data Engineering / Analytics to lead a portfolio of client accounts and technical delivery projects. You will be accountable for departmental performance , resource utilisation , and client satisfaction across a range of data engineering engagements. This role blends technical oversight , people leadership , and consulting acumen to drive high-impact data platform solutions for our clients.

You'll guide teams in building modern data infrastructure through cloud-native platforms and ensure SLAs / KPIs are met for our AMS clients, while empowering consultants to thrive and grow. As a trusted escalation point and practice leader, you'll uphold our high consultancy standards, foster a collaborative team environment, and contribute to strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery (Data Engineering Focus)

• Support end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects (Databricks, Snowflake) —data platforms, pipelines—ensuring they meet commercial, quality, and timing goals.
• Oversee AMS processes, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Ensure best practices are followed in governance, service delivery, and team leadership.
