The Design Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the executive team, to develop engaging and impactful presentations that effectively communicate the delivery schedule, milestones, and tasks for key projects and programs in compliance with Eastman-Hyderabad standards and controls. This role requires a strong eye for design, expertise in PowerPoint software, the ability to transform complex information into visually appealing slides, and knowledge of generating metrics for projects. Additionally, they will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives alongside the Hyderabad leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work effectively with stakeholders including executives, gather information, understand goals, and deliver presentations that meet their needs.
• Design and format PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing slide layouts, graphics, and animations.
• Enhance existing presentations by improving visual appeal and clarity.
• Edit and refine content to ensure it is concise and impactful.
• Incorporate charts, graphs, and other visual elements to convey data effectively.
• Generate metrics and analytics for presentations and projects.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices for PowerPoint presentations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data using data analysis and visualization tools to reach conclusions and / or present insights and findings.
