Experience Required :
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in payroll management & statutory compliance , with at least 3–4 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing payroll for 10,000+ employees across multiple locations and states.
- Strong working knowledge of advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, complex formulas).
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management :
Lead end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce (10,000+ employees) with accuracy and adherence to timelines.Validate salary structures, attendance, overtime, leave data, and statutory deductions.Manage full & final settlements, reimbursements, arrears, and incentive payouts.Statutory Compliance :
Ensure timely compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and all applicable labor laws.Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with statutory authorities. MacrosReporting & Analytics :
Create payroll MIS, manpower cost reports, and variance analysis.Leverage advanced Excel for reconciliations, dashboards, and data analytics.Process Excellence :
Drive automation, process improvement, and system upgrades to increase efficiency and accuracy.Implement strong internal controls and compliance protocols.Team Leadership :
Manage and mentor payroll & compliance teams across regions.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for seamless payroll execution.Key Skills :
Expertise in payroll software & ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar).In-depth understanding of multi-state statutory compliance.Proficiency in advanced Excel (mandatory).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA preferred).Working Days : 6 days (Monday–Saturday)
