Job description

At  Delta Green Structures LLP , we’re redefining modern construction with cutting-edge  Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF)  manufacturing solutions. As we expand our operations in  Siliguri , we’re looking for a  Sales & Marketing Executive  to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in  LGSF and PEB  markets.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, visits, and digital outreach.
  • Coordinate between  clients and design teams  for project design finalisation.
  • Prepare  presentations, Estimations, and Quotations  for client projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualification Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in  Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering , or related field.
  • 5+ years  of experience in  sales / business development  within the LGSF, PEB, or construction materials industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of  LGSF and PEB systems .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in  Microsoft Excel, Word , and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A good network of  architects, builders, and developers  is a plus.
  • Salary Range :

    Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 (Depending on Skillset and Experience)

  • Negotiable for higher salaries depending on experience of core field and knowledge of the subject.
