Amazon is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. We seek engineers who can help us shape and develop a new video product for Amazon in India i.e. for Amazon MX Player, our free ad-supported video streaming service on the Amazon.in shopping app, mobile web and Fire TV. This is an exciting opportunity for a rock-star engineer who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media and new customer experiences.

Amazon MX Player has scaled up significantly as a service over the past few years and we are launching new content regularly. Our journey began as Amazon miniTV in 2021, and in 2024, we acquired MX Player. Some of our shows like Aashram, Physicswallah, Sixer, Case Toh Banta Hai have won several awards. What you build will have a direct impact on the Amazon MX Player customers. Our team owns the Android TV app, uses gen AI to create new tools that help the business, and owns multiple backend services responsible for Customer Identification and Recognition.
