Job description

We are hiring L1 Integration Support for remote full-time positions!

Responsibilities

  • Alert Monitoring and Event Monitoring;
  • Alert to ticket creating and ticket dispatching (management);
  • Responsible for timely escalation of tickets to an appropriate level;
  • Deliver Productivity improvement and Incident / Event reduction.

Requirements

  • At least one plus year of experience in the Control -M or ETL Integration Support environment;
  • Able to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Can take ownership of multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Keen to learn and work on middleware projects;
