Key Responsibilities
M365 Tenant Administration
- Manage overall Microsoft 365 Tenant , including updates, configuration, policies, and compliance settings.
- Monitor Service Health, Message Center updates, and implement required actions.
- Ensure licensing compliance and user lifecycle management.
Azure AD & Identity Management
Manage Azure Active Directory , including user provisioning, groups, roles, MFA, conditional access policies, identity protection, SSO, and authentication flows.Support and maintain Azure AD security and identity configurations .Security & Compliance
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 , anti-phishing, anti-malware, Safe Links, Safe Attachments.Administer AIP (Azure Information Protection) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies.Monitor and respond to security alerts, audit logs, and compliance reports.MS Teams Administration
Hands-on expertise managing MS Teams, including :Channels, permissions, chat, files, collaboration issues troubleshooting.Admin center configuration (policies, settings, Teams upgrades, meeting policies).Setting up and managing Live Events , recordings, and meeting experiences.Voice & Telephony (Teams Calling)
Configure and manage :Direct Routing & New SBC enrollmentsCall Queues, Auto-AttendantsPhone Number assignmentCall Park Policies, Calling PoliciesForwarding, simultaneous ring, delegation, voicemailDial plans configurationIP Phone decommissioning & SBC removalSharePoint Online & OneDrive
Administer SharePoint Online (SPO) sites, storage, permissions, compliance settings.Manage OneDrive for Business (ODfB) policies, sync issues, access management.Resolve collaboration, sharing, and document management issues.Monitoring and Reporting
Generate and analyze reports related to :Service healthSecurityComplianceUsage analytics across M365Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.Skills Required
