Job description

Proficiency in ArchiCAD : Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD modeling tools, BIM libraries, and workflows.

Point Cloud Data Management : Expertise in importing, cleaning, and managing point cloud files (.e57, .las, .pts).

Modeling from Point Clouds : Ability to create accurate 3D models of existing conditions using point cloud data.

LOD 100 to LOD 500 : Experience with different Levels of Detail, from conceptual to as-built models.

Georeferencing : Skills in aligning point cloud data with geospatial coordinates for accuracy.

Clash Detection and Quality Control : Ensuring model accuracy through clash detection and deviation analysis.

Interoperability : Proficiency in exchanging files between ArchiCAD and other platforms (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) via IFC or other formats.

Efficient Data Segmentation : Ability to filter and segment point cloud data, focusing on critical elements for modeling.

Visualization Skills : Ability to generate detailed 2D / 3D visualizations, plans, and sections from the model.

Third-party Tool Integration : Familiarity with software like Autodesk Recap or CloudCompare for advanced point cloud processing.
