Synechron is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Node.Js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing server-side applications and microservices. This role is critical in building resilient backend systems that support core financial and enterprise operations. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Node.Js, modern development practices, and cloud technologies to deliver solutions that meet business objectives, improve system reliability, and enhance user experiences.

About the Role

Notice period- Immediate (Max November joiners)

Exp- SE – 5 to 7 years, SSE – 7 to 10 years

Location- : Bangalore BCIT

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and frontend developers to deliver robust solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, including security standards
• Implement and manage containerized environments and automate deployment processes
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze performance metrics, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Contribute to technical documentation, system architecture designs, and coding standards
• Keep current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying relevant innovations to improve solutions
• Support ongoing system improvements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
