Job Summary : Expeditor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate flow of materials to support production and project schedules. This role primarily involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, resolving delivery issues, managing inventory, and communicating with concerned departments like projects and quality control to prevent delays. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, ERP software skills, Knowledge about latest International commercial terms and basic production knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience : 2-4 years of experience working as Expeditor in Manufacturing (Firefighting preferred) / EPC company.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in inventory management / ERP software, Microsoft office tools and project management software.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports on status of all purchase orders & delivery updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership : Displays strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
• Attention to Detail : Identifying early bottlenecks and keeping reporting manager updated.
• Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement staff.
