Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead to drive technology strategy, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role involves owning the technology roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, and working closely with stakeholders while maintaining deep involvement in architecture, design, and implementation.

You will play a key role in building mission-critical systems with a strong focus on low-latency, high-throughput platforms and real-time financial market applications.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and review complex software systems

Own and drive the complete technology roadmap and execution

Lead and mentor development teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software artifacts

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Engage with market trends and industry best practices

Maintain strong customer focus and business alignment

Oversee release management and system scalability strategies

Implement robust architectural and design principles

Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
