Role Overview

The Bid Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, and ensuring successful bid submissions across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Truelancer, and international RFPs . This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to align client requirements with Triovex's service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable bidding opportunities on freelancing and corporate platforms.
• Prepare, write, and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the business development and technical teams to craft winning strategies.
• Maintain accurate bid pipelines and track progress of ongoing opportunities.
• Ensure proposals reflect Triovex's strengths in AI, ML / DL, NLP, Computer Vision, SaaS, Website / App Development, and Digital Marketing.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring professional communication throughout the bidding process.
