Overview

  • As a UX Designer, you'll create thoughtful design solutions that help users understand and interact with complex data.
  • You'll work within our design system to ensure consistency while pushing our visual language forward.
  • Your work will directly impact how users across the globe interact with Blue Yonder's applications.

Scope

  • We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join Blue Yonder's global design team in transforming our enterprise applications.
  • In this role, you'll craft intuitive user experiences with a focus on data visualization, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with designers worldwide to shape the future of our products

  • Software : Figma, Jira, Adobe Products

    • What You'll Do

  • Create clear, intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization features
  • Design user flows and interactions that simplify complex tasks
  • Contribute to and maintain our global design system
  • Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Work closely with product teams to understand user needs
  • Create detailed design specifications and assets for development
  • Collaborate with a global team of designers to ensure consistent experiences
  • Apply user-centered design principles throughout the design process
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and research findings

    • What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio showcasing :
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Experience designing data visualizations and complex interfaces
  • Ability to craft clear user flows and interactions
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
