  • About the Role
  • We are looking for a Pharma Automation & Industry 4.0 Expert who can help small and medium Pharma manufacturers modernize their operations, reduce compliance risks, and meet global buyer expectations.
  • You will work directly with SMEs to assess gaps, recommend solutions, and guide implementation across critical automation technologies.

  • Bottleneck prediction
  • Batch flow optimization

    • 4. Serialization & Track-and-Trace

  • End-to-end serialization compliance
  • Export readiness enablement
  • Line-level → plant-level → supply chain visibility

    • Responsibilities

  • Diagnose automation readiness in Pharma SMEs
  • Create clear, practical Industry 4.0 automation roadmaps
  • Support implementation of IoT, robotics, and digital twin solutions
  • Guide SMEs on compliance, quality, and global buyer requirements
  • Work closely with the nicheBrains orchestration team to deliver outcomes

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years in Pharma manufacturing automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with IoT, MES, RPA, or serialization systems
  • Exposure to USFDA / WHO-GMP-compliant environments
  • Capable of working with resource-constrained SME setups
  • Strong communicator, mentor, solution-oriented
