Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing mechanical parts and assemblies with attention to detail and precision.
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD for drafting components and creating technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of ANSYS for finite element analysis to simulate and analyze the structural integrity of designs.
Understanding of PTC Creo for 3D CAD modeling and simulation to enhance design optimization.
Ability to use MATLAB for complex calculations, simulations, and predictive analysis in engineering projects.
Competence in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate mechanical systems' performance under various conditions.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for effective communication of design intent in manufacturing.
Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components using CAD software.

Perform simulations and analysis on designs to evaluate their performance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project goals.

Contribute to troubleshooting and solving design-related issues during product development phases.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for design specifications and processes.

Support senior engineers in the execution of various tasks related to mechanical engineering projects.

Engage in continuous learning and development to keep up with industry trends and software tools.

Adhere to safety and quality standards in all engineering activities and practices.
