COMPETENCES OBLIGATOIRES
Business Analyst with experience in data activities, CMDB knowledge and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow. Must be able to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings. Knowledge of CSDM which is heavily used by us.
Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions, covert it into the right ServiceNow target format. Desirable experience in CSM / OM data model capable to advice best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process.
All data objects in the context of CSM / OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
Methodology & Functional
6+ years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform.
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of :
CSM (Case Management and related processes, CSM Portal)
Order Management with Snow or other tool
The ServiceNow Platform
Knowledge and experience with CSDM is a plus
Knowledge with Data Mapping and Data models
Knowledge with API Integration
Good knowledge in ITIL
Experience of large transformation projects is a plus
Knowledge of Agile SCRUM
