Spectral Consultants is excited to announce an excellent opportunity with one of the top accounting & tax advisory firms for a skilled Sr. Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience .

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Payroll, providing both technical and functional support.

Develop and customize payroll fast formulas as per business requirements.

Conduct unit testing of payroll fast formulas prior to deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred).

Experience with US Payroll is a plus but not mandatory.

Hands-on functional experience with related modules such as Oracle Absence, Benefits, or Time & Labor .
