Reports to : Principal / HR Department

Key Responsibilities :

Teacher Recruitment : End-to-end hiring for academic and non-academic positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Training & Development : Plan, organize, and monitor training programs for teachers and staff; support continuous professional growth.
Personnel Management : Handle employee relations, maintain records, ensure adherence to school policies, and support a healthy work environment.
Compensation & Benefits :

Manage salary structures, leaves, attendance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

2–5 years of HR experience (school experience preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, work with diverse teams, and maintain confidentiality

Proactive, organized, and people-centric
