Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customers' expectations to provide excellent service. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong communication to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience
• Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the cyber security industry is a plus
