The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the public image of our organization, developing communication strategies, and fostering relationships with the media. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our brand's message and engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the organization's image.
Draft press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and outcomes.
Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and press conferences.
Respond to inquiries from the public and media regarding the organization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with PR software and tools.
