Budget : ₹1.2 Lakh per Month

Location : Remote

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer to design, implement, and deploy advanced AI

and machine learning solutions. The role focuses on Large Language Model (LLM) applications,

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI pipelines, contributing to scalable,

production-grade systems for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI / ML applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Build and integrate retrieval systems, prompt workflows, and conversational AI applications.
  • Develop APIs (Python-FastAPI) and scalable microservices architecture.
  • Manage full lifecycle — model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Handle large datasets (structured & unstructured) for AI training and optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Ensure CI / CD integration, version control, and agile sprint delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, best practices, and scalable architecture standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science / Engineering / related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on ML experience, including NLP (text classification, sentiment, entity

    • recognition).

  • 3+ years of experience building LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Strong command over Python, LangChain, HuggingFace, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proficiency in vector databases (Weaviate, PineCone, FAISS).
  • Skilled in prompt engineering, function calling, and zero / few-shot learning.
  • Advanced knowledge of API / REST, FastAPI, Git, and collaborative workflows.
  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), and data

    • streaming tools (Kafka, Event Hub, Kinesis).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to overlap with US Eastern Time as needed.

    • Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to open-source LLM frameworks (Llama, Mistral).
  • Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, BFSI).
  • Strong background in JavaScript (front-end / back-end) and microservice design.
