We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support the founders with daily operations and help the business run smoothly.
What you will do
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Book flights, hotels, and all travel logistics for the founders
- Coordinate with clients and partners for calls, follow ups, and project meetings
- Track priorities, deadlines, and weekly workflows
- Prepare brief notes, summaries, or follow up emails when needed
- Conduct light research or information gathering for ongoing projects
- Keep internal documents, files, and information organised
- Assist with small operational tasks that support the founders’ productivity
