Drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce consulting services including implementation, customization, integration, and managed support for clients in the US market.
Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client business needs and align them with appropriate Salesforce solutions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeting SMB clients and channel partners.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met with tailored proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close Salesforce project engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Track and report key sales metrics and performance KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce ecosystem developments and new solution offerings to support consultative conversations.
Key Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Salesforce project sales, preferably within an IT consulting or system integration environment.
Demonstrated success in consulting-based sales for Salesforce implementation and support services to US-based clients.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related ecosystem offerings.
Proven track record of selling into SMB segments and managing channel sales relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working with remote and cross-functional teams across time zones is a plus.
Experience working with Salesforce Partners or as part of a Salesforce-focused consultancy is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with SaaS / Cloud CRM sales models.
Exposure to vertical-based solution selling (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, etc.).
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange partners and integrations.
