The Role
The Content & Social Media Lead (Creative Marketing Specialist) will be solely responsible for managing and growing our brand's visibility across all digital platforms, driving content creation from concept to execution, and coordinating our presence at offline marketing events.
Key Responsibilities 1. Content & Creative Production (Execution)
- Creative Design : Design compelling visual creatives (static images, graphics, short videos) for all social media platforms and marketing materials.
- Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality YouTube videos and shorter content for other platforms.
- Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) : Capture candid, engaging BTS content showcasing company culture, product development, and daily operations.
- Content Planning : Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar and posting schedule for all channels.
2. Social Media & Platform Management (Strategy & Management)
Social Media Management : Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and growth strategy for all primary social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, X / Twitter, etc.).LinkedIn Management : Develop and post professional content to build our corporate presence, thought leadership, and networking strategy on LinkedIn.YouTube Management : Manage the entire YouTube process, including content ideation, scheduling, posting, SEO optimization (titles, tags, descriptions), and community management.3. Marketing & Event Coordination (Offline & Liaison)
Offline Marketing : Plan, coordinate, and execute our participation in small-scale offline marketing events, ensuring the brand presence is consistent and effective.Agency Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for external agencies (e.g., PR, Digital Ads, Web Development) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all content, social, and event activities to inform future strategy.Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in a content creation, social media, or marketing role.Proven ability to create engaging content, including graphic design (using tools like Canva / Adobe Suite) and video editing (using tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut).Demonstrable experience managing business accounts on key platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A resourceful and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
