Job description.Net backend developer with 2-5 years’ experience in building rapid server-side API’s using .NET Core. API Development : Proven experience in building high-performance server-side APIs using .NET Core. Strong in multithreading, concurrency management, and memory management. Exposure to web development is added advantage, especially using React UI framework Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues effectively. Agile Methodology : Passionate about Agile practices and committed to delivering high-quality software with built-in quality standards. Database Tools : Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MongoDB. Messaging : RabbitMQ Resilience Under Pressure : Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate focus and commitment during critical phases. Linux Proficiency : Working knowledge of Linux environments for development and deployment tasks. Additional Technical Exposure : Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions like Redis and Memcached is a plus Git / TFS experience. Client engagement Self-motivated Data modeling a plus Excellent communication skills Must be highly organized
Brief Job Description :
Job Description : Seeking a skilled .Net (C#) backend developer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in C# and API technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and support of our FAS, demonstrating strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain modules of the Fund Accounting System (FAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support implementation and testing.
- Assist development leads in scoping, estimating timelines, and planning deliveries.
- Coordinate with business users for support queries and issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and documentation.
- Support automation and DevOps initiatives to enhance application deployment and monitoring.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
Educational Qualification : B.E. or B. Tech
Experience : 2-5 years
