Founder’s Office – All Rounder / Client Success Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and energetic person to join the Founder’s Office at TBB Agency.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, ownership, creativity, and coordination.
You’ll be working closely with the Founder and helping manage everything across TBB’s internal and external clients — including beauty, F&B, lifestyle, and personal branding projects.
If you enjoy working behind the scenes, love planning, organizing, talking to people, and making sure projects run smoothly, this is the role for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Communication & Coordination
Be the point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Join discovery calls, understand what each client needs, and share clear briefs.
Follow up regularly, keep everyone updated, and ensure nothing is missed.
2. CRM & Organization
Manage our central CRM (nothing too technical — mostly tracking info and updates).
Keep records of ongoing tasks, influencer lists, client requirements, and brand activities.
Keep everything organized so the Founder always has a clear picture.
3. Project & Execution Support
Help break down goals into weekly tasks.
Work with the internal team to make sure content, shoots, approvals, and posts are on track.
Maintain simple weekly and monthly calendars for all brands.
4. Partnerships and B2B Support
Reach out to creators, influencers and brands for internal and external client projects in collaboration with your marketing teams.
Handle basic negotiations, follow-ups, and track who has delivered content.
Help plan small events or collaborations along with founders.
Travel for shoots, store visits, influencer gifting, and events
5. Direct Support to Founder
Join sales calls with the Founder when needed.
Help prepare pitches, proposals, and follow-ups (training will be provided).
Spot opportunities to upsell or add value for clients.
Put together straightforward weekly updates
Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping workflows smooth.
Take notes during internal / external meetings and ensure action items get done.
