Role Description

This is a on-site Human Resources Intern role based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting in personnel management tasks, and supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations. The intern will be actively involved in recruiting, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The internship will convert into full time job upon completion.

Qualifications

• Good time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Understanding of marketing, design or related fields will be a plus.

Stipend - 10-15k / month + PPO (based on the performance)

Internship Duration - 3 Months
