Unlock Customer Insights as a Salesforce Data Cloud Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our data-driven transformation initiatives.

This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform), along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

The successful candidate will drive strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end Data Cloud solutions, defining data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
• Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
