Key Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver sales targets and P&L for the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute zonal B2B sales strategy in alignment with national goals.
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and untapped markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.
- Drive key account management initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.10+ years of progressive experience in B2B / corporate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a zonal or regional leadership role.Industry background : [Specify based on your domain – e.g., Pharma, FMCG, IT, SaaS, etc.]Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proven track record of building high-performance sales teams and exceeding targets.Analytical mindset with experience in using CRM tools and sales dashboards.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.Preferred Attributes :
