We are seeking Production Supervisor (Quality) to join our team.

As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the success of our production operations.

Responsibilites :

• Overseeing daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Implementing effective manpower planning to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinating with the design team to ensure that production processes align with product specifications.
• Managing machine assembly processes, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
• Monitoring production metrics and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.

Requirements A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of production planning and machine assembly processes. Proficiency in design principles and the ability to apply them in a production setting. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work on-site during day shifts.
