System Software Developer Position

Our company specializes in creating system software and applications for business-to-business services.

Our team comprises over 50 skilled developers working together to achieve our goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled System Software Developer with expertise in NestJS and TypeScript to join our team.

The ideal candidate should possess :

More than 3 years of experience in NestJS, Docker, Git, and Figma design.
Excellent communication skills in English.

The responsibilities of this position include :

Designing and developing new web services.

Identifying and resolving programming errors.

Work Style :

Before commencing a project, you must thoroughly read the project documentation and prepare a report outlining your findings.

Adhere to the work plan. If an assigned task is not completed within the scheduled timeframe without a valid reason, additional compensation will not be provided.

If the project exceeds the scheduled deadline by more than 50% without a valid reason, monthly salary payments will cease.

Compensation will be based on the error rate.

Any repeated error without a valid reason is considered an error.

If the error rate is less than 15%, you will receive a monthly bonus of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
