Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with proven expertise in SAP modules and fluency in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test certification preferred). The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging communication between Japanese stakeholders and global teams while delivering effective SAP solutions across modules such as SD, MM, FI, and ABAP .

This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical / functional SAP expertise with excellent Japanese communication skills , enabling seamless collaboration with onsite / offshore teams and end-users in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical SAP support across modules such as SD, MM, FI, or ABAP , with deep hands-on expertise in at least one area.
• Engage with Japanese stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and provide clear solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams, including onsite and offshore consultants, to ensure smooth delivery of SAP projects.
• Translate business needs into effective SAP configurations, customizations, or enhancements.
• Manage issue resolution by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and delivering timely fixes.
• Work on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to improve SAP performance and align with business needs.
• Support ongoing projects by providing technical and functional expertise in SAP modules.
• Ensure all project documentation is clear, concise, and available in both Japanese and English when required.
• Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between Japanese business teams and global delivery teams.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for business users and technical teams.
