• Counsel prospective students on our courses, understanding their needs and recommending suitable programs
• Make outbound calls to leads, addressing queries, and converting them into sales
• Achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
