About the Role
We are looking for a People & Operations Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end people operations at Opsolute. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions while working closely with leadership and teams across departments to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead talent acquisition across tech and business functions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and an excellent experience.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance , ensuring accurate processes aligned with company policies and labor laws.
- Drive employee experience & engagement initiatives , strengthening Opsolute’s culture through meaningful programs and touchpoints.
- Handle core HR operations , including maintaining employee records, HR systems, documentation, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement people strategies that support organizational goals, team efficiency, and employee growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve policies, processes, and programs to streamline operations and elevate the employee journey.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.Hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR functions : recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, payroll & benefits, employee experience, compliance, and HR operations.Strong recruitment experience , especially for tech, sales, and engineering roles, with proficiency in sourcing.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration , or a related field.Experience with Zoho People / Payroll or other HRMS platforms is a plus.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.A people-first mindset with a passion for building a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace.Why Join Opsolute?
