Job Title : Sales Manager - Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant & Equipment.

Location : Chandigarh / Mohali

Territory : Northern India & More

Reports To : Sales Director

Experience : 5+ Years (Candidate must have Water and Wastewater Equipment sales experience)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Independently running the entire sales and marketing operations with a profitable profile.
  • Sale and Marketing of water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, recycling, ZLD, and swimming pool products.
  • Meet annual Sales target.
  • Prepare and implement annual sales strategy.
  • Hiring & training the sales team.
  • Lead, direct, guide & encourage the sales team to deliver results.
  • Lead evaluation, stage coding & proposal management.
  • All techno-commercial discussions & negotiations to finalize most of the projects.
  • Preparing, tracking and reporting of all sales and marketing activities on a weekly & monthly basis.

    • Essential Qualification : Good academic record with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Environmental Science, Mechanical or MBA) from reputed institutions.

    Experience : 4 to 6 + years in Sales within the Water business.

    Critical Competencies of the Job

    Annual Salary : 7 to 8 Lac + Commission.
