As a Meta & Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max). A key part of your role will include ensuring policy compliance, managing G2 verification requirements, and navigating ad restrictions specific to the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Build acquisition funnels tailored to borrowers, SMEs, CAs, and builder segments.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and loan conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain pixels, conversion APIs, and tracking dashboards.
• Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that align with fintech guidelines.
• Handle G2 verification processes and ensure all campaigns meet Meta & Google’s advertising policies for financial services.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for cohesive growth campaigns.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly ROI reports.
• Run A / B tests to identify winning creatives, keywords, and audience strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital lending ad policies, RBI norms, and BFSI compliance requirements.
