Take messy problems → craft clean, fluid, jaw-dropping interfaces
Own design direction for new product initiatives
Collaborate with UX, Product & Tech to ship experiences that just work
Drive projects, people, and processes like a boss
Push design standards higher every single day
Make data your design BFF

What we’re looking for :

9+ years of UI design magic (portfolio = your superpower)

Good communication skills to vibe with stakeholders

Passion for building for India while competing globally

Research-driven mindset + metric obsession

Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

Degree in design from a solid school
