About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our
International Ecommerce Business team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical
mindset, proven experience in managing accounts, and a keen understanding of digital commerce.
The KAM will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining relationships with key partners, and
ensuring flawless execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with international ecommerce partners and marketplaces.
- Own end-to-end account management including sales, operations, promotions, and
performance tracking.
Analyze business performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities andchallenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) todeliver business objectives.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Ensure effective stakeholder management across both internal and external teams.Drive operational excellence and support initiatives for category and revenue growth.Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; comfort with reporting and dashboards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and dynamics will be a strong advantage.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment.What We Offer
