Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Field Service Technician requires the professional to be based in Thrissur but also offers flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services for clients, ensuring prompt and efficient technical solutions. The candidate will also provide training to clients on proper equipment usage, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative approaches for problem resolution. Partnering with the sales and customer service teams, the Field Service Technician will support the company's goal to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proficiency in providing equipment training and clear instructions to clients
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional client relationships
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and physically perform on-site work
• Understanding of workshop and automotive body repair processes, and familiarity with related equipment is preferred
• Diploma, certification, or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous
