Job description

Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Duration : Permanent

Location : Bengaluru (Remote)

Pay Rate : 34₹LPA to 60₹ LPA

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Must have 2–3+ full-cycle implementations
  • Expertise in Payroll, Core HR, OTL, or Benefits modules
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes
  • Ability to create functional design documents and troubleshoot issues
  • Familiarity with OTBI / BI SQL
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of fast formulas , HCM Extracts
  • Experience with Kronos
  • Exposure to security configuration and UAT
