Role Overview :
As a Sales Executive at CueSpark Business , you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of India’s service sector. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with local service providers —such as salons, caterers, fitness trainers, artists, and small enterprises—and help them digitize their business using the CueSpark Business Platform .
You’ll be responsible for pitching, onboarding, and nurturing vendors , ensuring they understand the value of creating their own digital store to manage bookings, customers, and revenue.
This role combines field sales, digital outreach, and consultative selling , offering you the opportunity to build strong client relationships while directly contributing to India’s service economy revolution.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where performance is rewarded generously , with attractive monthly incentives and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and onboard vendors, service providers, and small businesses onto CueSpark Business Platform .
Pitch CueSpark Business solutions to potential clients through field visits, digital channels, and demos.
Generate and convert qualified leads in assigned regions.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and market insights.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with focus on growth and profitability.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or software / SaaS product selling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory for field visits.
Self-driven, disciplined, and passionate about technology-driven business solutions.
