As we expand into the US market, we’re not just looking for an SDR — we’re looking for a founding member of our US GTM (Go-To-Market) team. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to build something extraordinary alongside the founders and be part of a category-defining company in the marketing space.

What You’ll Do :

Cold Outreach : Drive top-of-funnel growth through proactive cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized outreach across multiple channels.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts through strategic ABM tactics.
Appointment setting : Setting up 1-1 virtual appointments with the qualified leads and nurture them to show up on the sales calls.
Lead Qualification : Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline.
Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the founders and senior sales leaders to iterate on outreach strategies and provide market insights.
Tool Utilization : Leverage tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Helper, CRM tools and other equivalents to identify and engage prospects effectively.

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in the US market is essential. Bonus points if you have sold to coaches & consultants before

CTC : 3-5 LPA + commissions + performance based incentives
