More than 4 years experience in Discovery / ITOM domain on ServiceNow platform.Very good implementation knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Certificate Management, AI OPSGood understanding & hands on and AWS & Azure cloudGood to have knowledge and working experience of other ITOM modules like Event Management & Cloud Management
- Good knowledge on configuring / troubleshooting skills on IT Infrastructure, Server, Network, Storage, Cloud and worked as a System / Platform administrator
- Good knowledge of middleware solutions such as IIS, WebLogic, Websphere, Apache Tomcat, etc
- Worked in a Datacenter environment as L3 / L4 support
Technical knowledge of the following areas :
- Java
- HTML
- JavaScript
- LDAP / Active Directory
- Working knowledge of configuration management, CMDB, methods and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Nice to have Basic knowledge and awareness of various other modules like ITBM and security
- Must have flare for research, innovation and must be passionate to work on innovation topics
